12th Annual Chocolate Festival at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens
Indulge in chocolate delicacies during the season's most delicious event: The International Chocolate Festival! Enjoy fine chocolate samples from artisan chocolatiers, lectures on chocolate making and demonstrations from Miami's master chefs and chocolatiers! Take the ChocoWalk to learn about the life cycle of a cacao plant, with stops in the Rainforest and more. Find out everything you ever needed to know about chocolate from the experts. From the seed to the chocolate bar and everywhere in-between. Pacari, a chocolate company, will demonstrate how to produce fine chocolate from the legendary Arriba Nacional cacao from Ecuador. Take home your very own cacao tree and make chocolate in your own kitchen! Or grab a Oncidium "Sharry Baby" chocolate scented orchid! Visit the Wings of the Tropics exhibit to enjoy thousands of exotic butterflies along with hummingbirds, fish and some of the world’s most beautiful rare plants. You will see the famous Blue Morpho butterflies, Bamboo Page butterflies, Leopard Lacewing butterflies and hummingbird hovering overhead.
Lunch will be on your own so indulge in all kinds of Chocolate treats. There are plenty of other options too. From paella to barbecue, Greek gyros to delicious Caribbean style eats, there's something for everyone! And keep an eye out for those special chocolate-infused flavors.

Join the royal table as you watch one of the most exciting shows in all of Orlando filled with horsemanship, live jousting, sword fighting, falconry, hand-to-hand combat, and more. View live jousting tournament and dramatic sword fights all within an 11th Century European-style castle.
