Payment & Cancellation Policies:

Day Trips: Payment in full by cash, check , Visa or Mastercard is required at time of registration. Motor coach seating is assigned on a first paid, first seated basis. In the event you find it necessary to cancel for any reason, you may resell or give the trip away yourself. If we have a waiting list we will try to find a replacement for you. If we are able to resell the trip for you there will be a $5.00 per person administration fee. If we are not able to find a replacement, your entire payment may be forfeited. In the event the agency cancels the trip you will receive a full refund.

Broadway Shows, Ticketed Events, Etc. : A deposit, as specified for each performance, is due within 10 days of making your reservations . Space will not be guaranteed until payment is received. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the trip.

Extended Tours: Unless otherwise specified the usual deposit is $100 per person payable by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. Balance is due as indicated for each tour. If you find it necessary to cancel for any reason prior to the final payment, you will receive a refund of your deposit less a $25 per person administration fee and less the amount of cancellation insurance whether paid by you or Goodtime Getaways. Refunds after final payments will be based on monies refunded to Goodtime Getaways from hotels, attractions, motor coach company, etc. In the event the agency cancels the trip you will receive a full refund.

Insurance: Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for all extended tours. Information on insurance is available through our office In the event the agency cancels the trip and you have purchased insurance through the company we recommend, that insurance company will refund your insurance payment upon application from Goodtime Getaways.

Gratuities: Unless otherwise indicated, all gratuities, with the exception of the motor coach operator and tour escort , are included. An envelope will be passed at the end of the trip; if you prefer you may hand it to the driver or escort personally. Suggested gratuities are $3.00 per day per person, but of course is dependent upon what kind of service you feel you received.

Disclaimer/Responsibility: In offering these programs for sale, Goodtime Getaways, Inc. acts only in the capacity of agent for all tour operators, hotels, airlines and others who are providing transportation, accommodations, entrance tickets and other services in this program. If Goodtime Getaways Inc. cancels any tour program for any reason whatsoever, all monies paid to Goodtime Getaways, Inc. will be fully refunded. Because of its status as an agent, Goodtime Getaways, Inc., cannot accept responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal delays, inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned by either (1) wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any suppliers or their employees, (2) any defect or failure of any vehicles, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used by supplies, or (3) any wrongful or negligent

Goodtime Getaways reserves the right to alter trip itineraries if necessary, and to adjust prices should there be a discrepancy.
