Motor Coach Seating
Motor coach seating is assigned on a first paid – first seated basis. If you have travel partners you wish to sit with or be near, we recommend having everyone sign up at the same time otherwise we cannot guarantee adjoining seats.the itinerary at the discretion of the tour company, tour escort or hosting venues.
ROAD TRIPS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit payments are due at time of registration. If you prefer, you may register in person or by phone and pay by cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. If mailing your payment, it must arrive in our office within seven days of making your reservation. If payment is not received within seven days, your reservations may be released for resale. Final payments are due in our office as specified for each trip – usually 45 - 60 days prior to departure. Reservations made after the final payment date require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for all extended tours. TravelSafe insurance is available through our office and must be paid with your deposit. In the event you must cancel your trip for illness or other reasons covered in the policy you will receive a full refund less the amount of the insurance coverage. If you choose not to enroll in the insurance coverage plan and find it necessary to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after your final payment and have not enrolled in the insurance program, refunds, if any, will be based upon the amount refundable to Goodtime Getaways. In the event our agency cancels the trip you will receive a full refund of the amount you have paid including your insurance payment.
If you find it necessary to cancel you may resell or give the trip away yourself. If Goodtime Getaways has a waiting list we will try to find a replacement for you for a charge of 5% of the trip or a minimum fee of $25 per person. Insurance payments are not transferable.
