Full payment is due at time of registration. For your convenience we have initiated an online registration procedure, or you may register by phone or in person and pay in full by cash, check or credit card. When registering by phone we will hold your reservation for seven (7) days after your initial phone call. If payment is not received in that time frame, seats will be released for sale.

Cancellation

You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 15 days prior to the departure date, less a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 15 days of the departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of $35 per person. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the reason, for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to departure date. You may sell or gift the trip to another person. If Goodtime Getaways has a waiting list for that trip we will attempt to resell it for you. If we are able to resell your trip we will issue you a refund of the entire amount less a $35 per person administration fee.

Motor Coach Seating

Motor coach seating is assigned on a first paid – first seated basis. If you have travel partners you wish to sit with or be near, we recommend having everyone sign up at the same time otherwise we cannot guarantee adjoining seats.the itinerary at the discretion of the tour company, tour escort or hosting venues.

• Reservations will be held for 10 days only and are not confirmed until receipt of your payment. Please indicate the trip, date, and name(s) of person(s) being paid for.
