DAY TRIPS TERMS & CONDITIONS
No refunds for Day Trips will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the reason. You may sell or gift the trip to another person. If Goodtime Getaways has a waiting list for that trip we will attempt to resell it for you. If we are able to resell it we will issue you a refund of the entire amount less a $10 administration fee.
Motor coach and theater seating is assigned on a first paid – first seated basis. If you have travel companions you wish to sit with or be near, we recommend having everyone sign up at the same time. We do our best to sit groups together, but we cannot always guarantee adjoining seats.
Responsibility: Goodtime Getaways, Inc. assumes no responsibility for weather, injury, loss or damage to personal property, inconvenience, delay, or any additional costs incurred that are not included in the cost of the tour. Goodtime Getaways, Inc. reserves the right to change the itinerary at the discretion of the tour company, tour escort or hosting venues.
