“Still Stinkin’ After All These Years!” The “Best Stinkin’ Party in South Florida” returns to celebrate 24 years of garlicky goodness! Join us as this Internationally Award-Winning Event continues the tradition of being “The” signature food and entertainment event in South Florida.
Eat, drink & STINK with us at Village Park Athletics Complex in the Village of Wellington! It all started out as a small festival in a city parking lot in Downtown Delray Beach just as this Village by the Sea was becoming the vibrant tourist destination it is today. Within five years the event gained attendance of 20,000+ and was booking major national music acts! Around that time, The Garlic Fest was nicknamed “The Best Stinkin’ Party in South Florida”.

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens

Vizcaya is one of the country’s most intact remaining estates from the Gilded Age. Although the house was intended to appear as an Italianate villa, innovative building techniques and design styles were used along with the most modern technologies and features of the time. In 1914, Deering enlisted 1,000 workers to bring his dream home to life in Miami. He and his design partner scoured Europe for the finest furnishings, antiques and paintings. The duo imported gilded panels, carved mantels and fresco ceilings from Tuscany and France to line the villa walls. It took years to perfect the mansion’s 70-plus rooms, 34 of which overflow with treasures dating back to the 15th century. Lunch at Bubba Gump’s is included prior to our tour.

Yalaha Bakery is a lovely gem of a German) bakery famous for its yummy, unique baked goods, delicious breads, and cute location. If you're looking for a strong German representation, this is your place. They feature a vast array of baked goods - shortbread cookies, danishes, walnut squares, German chocolate cake.... the list goes on, not to mention all kinds of breads including Rye, Pumpernickel & Pretzel Bread. We’re bringing a cooler to hold perishables, but the bread should do fine staying on the bus in January weather.
What was once Orange Groves, is now the Mission Inn Resort and Golf Club. The Champagne Brunch Buffet in the La Hacienda Restaurant is the "Best Brunch in Florida" and is always a special treat. Omelettes, waffles, pancakes served at chef’s station. Yogurt, fruits, smoked salmon, peel and eat shrimp and salad bar, pasta, fish and poultry of the week, vegetables, and two weekly selection at the carving station. Bottomless Champagne and Mimosa's, Iced tea and coffee are included. Your choice of desserts are served at the the table. Everyone will enjoy the spectacular views of the golf course!
After our yummy lunch, we travel to the Lakeridge Winery for a tour and tasting of Florida wines. There will be time to browse their shop.

Hallelujah! This side-splitting musical comedy at the Winter Park Playhouse is the original Off-Broadway musical Nunsense with a twist . . . all of the nuns are portrayed by men! When The Little Sisters of Hoboken Convent discover their cook, Sister Julia, Child of God, has accidentally poisoned 52 of the sisters, they decide to perform a variety show to raise funds for the burials. Before the show, enjoy a delicious lunch at Buca di Beppo - but don’t worry, it wasn’t cooked by Sister Julia (we hope).
